Promotional Offer
- The RSAWEB Octotel Summer Promotion entitles new customers to receive a discounted rate on selected packages during the promotional period.
- The discounted rate is applicable for selected services provided via the Octotel Fibre Network Operator from the date of activation until 31 December 2024.
- Standard pricing will automatically apply from 1 January 2025 onward.
Eligibility
- This promotion is only available to new RSAWEB sign-ups on the Octotel network. Existing customers cannot cancel their active service to sign up for this promotion.
- New Sign-ups:
- The promotion is available to individuals signing up for RSAWEB services for the first time on the Octotel network.
- Existing Customers:
- Existing RSAWEB customers are not eligible for this promotion. They cannot regrade or cancel their current packages to receive the discounted rate.
Service Changes and Exclusions
- Pro Rata Charges:
- Any pro rata charges incurred for partial service months will be included in the discounted rate. The pro rata will be calculated at the promotional price for the service.
- Service Changes (Upgrades/Downgrades):
- If a customer upgrades or downgrades their service speed during the promotional period, the promotional discount will immediately cease to apply, and the customer will be charged the standard retail rate for the new package from the date of the change.
- Promotional Period: 26 September – 31 December 2024
Applicable Packages
- The promotion is only applicable to selected RSAWEB packages offered via the Octotel network.
- Packages outside of the promotion are not eligible for the discounted rate, even if the customer is signing up for new services or reconnecting.
End of Promotion
- The discounted rate will end on 31 December 2024. Starting 1 January 2025, the standard pricing for the selected package will be billed to the customer.
- Sign-ups after 30 December 2024 will not qualify for the promotion.
Modifications
- RSAWEB reserves the right to modify, extend, or terminate this promotion at any time, with or without prior notice. Any changes to the terms will be communicated through RSAWEB’s official channels.
Acceptance of Terms
By participating in the RSAWEB Octotel Summer Promotion, customers agree to these terms and conditions. These terms are supplementary to RSAWEB’s standard service agreements and terms, which remain applicable.
