Discounted Monthly Fee
- Eligible customers will receive a discounted monthly fee for up to two months.
- This includes a pro-rata discount for the first month (based on the service activation date) and one full discounted month thereafter.
- After the discount period, standard advertised pricing will apply.
- Discounts are automatically applied and reflected on the customer’s invoice.
Eligibility
- Offer is valid for new Octotel fibre customers nationwide, including new installations, migrations, and reconnects.
- This promotion and new standard pricing are only available to new customers. Existing customers may not cancel and re-subscribe or change packages for the purpose of accessing this offer. If an existing customer chooses to regrade to a different package, the new standard pricing may apply, where relevant.
- 25/25 Mbps is available only for new installations and reconnects where new tenants move into properties with existing Octotel installations. Proof of address is required.
- Customers who order the 500/200 Mbps package and activate service before 01 May 2025 will initially receive 400/200 Mbps, which will be upgraded to 500/200 Mbps on 01 May 2025 at no extra cost.
Exclusions
- Existing customers may not regrade to the 25/25 Mbps package.
- The 25/25 Mbps is not available at Eagles Canyon Estate, JHB.
