Promotion Period
- Orders must be placed between 25 February 2025 and 27 May 2025. Any order not placed within this period will not qualify for the promotional pricing.
Eligibility
- This promotion is applicable only for new installations and reconnects where new tenants are moving into properties with existing installations (proof of address is required). It is available exclusively on the Octotel network.
- For the 25Mbps package, properties in Johannesburg (Eagle Canyon) are not eligible.
Pricing & Billing
- Customers will be billed the promotional price from activation until 31 May 2025. From 1 June 2025, the standard price will apply.
Cancellation & Reconnection
- This promotion applies only to orders placed during the promotional period.
- If a customer cancels their account and later chooses to reconnect, a new order will be required, and the promotion will no longer apply.
- The standard product pricing will apply for all reconnections.
General Terms
- Customers will receive the promotional pricing until 31 May 2025, after which the standard pricing will apply. This promotion is available on a month-to-month basis.
