Octotel Black Friday R99 Terms and conditions

These terms and conditions govern the use of the promotional pricing offered by RSAWEB. By availing of this promotion, you agree to the following terms:  

1. Promotion Duration: The promotion pricing is valid for a period of 1 to 2 months (situation dependent) and is specific to the area or speed as indicated.
2. Discount Amount: The promotion offers a fixed discounted rate of R99 as specified for the specified speed and duration.
3. Pro-Rata Billing: To ensure you receive the full value of the promotion, customers will initially be billed at the full standard price for their chosen service for the pro rata invoice. After this initial billing, the discounted rate of R99 will apply for the remainder of the 1-2 month period.
4. Promotion Changes: RSAWEB reserves the right to change or remove this promotion at any time without prior notice.
5. Customer Responsibility: Should a customer unjustifiably benefit from a promotional discount, whether as advertised or in any other manner as per the Agreement, the customer must immediately notify RSAWEB of the incorrect billing.
6. Reimbursement: By availing of this promotion, the customer agrees to fully reimburse RSAWEB for any amounts that are due and payable to the company in cases where the promotion was wrongly applied.
7. Exclusive Promotion: This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or coupon, except for the Sanlam Reality Rewards Membership promotion.
8. Promotion Deadline: The promotion is only applicable for orders placed until the 27 November 2023.
9. Order Processing: In the event that RSAWEB is unable to process your order for any reason not attributed to their fault, the promotion pricing will not be applicable.
10. Standard Pricing: Once the period of the promotional pricing has concluded, standard pricing thereafter will be as follows:
    25/25Mbps: R545
    50/50Mbps: R758
    100/100Mbps: R885
    200/200Mbps: R1055
    400/200Mbps: R1185
    1000/200Mbps: R1486
