The payback is solely provided in the form of a credit applied to your account and is non-transferable and non-refundable.
Usage of Credit:
The credit can be utilised in two ways:

Credit Allocation:
The payback will be allocated to your account after successfully paying 12 consecutive invoices. This signifies maintaining a fully up-to-date account for a period of one year.
Immediate Redemption:
If the full annual subscription amount is paid upfront, you become eligible to redeem your credit immediately.
Eligibility Criteria:
Customers who cancel their subscription, transfer ownership of their subscription, or relocate to a new property before completing 12 months will not qualify for the payback.
