Openserve Web Connect Discount Offer Terms and Conditions

Eligibility:

• Offer valid for new Fibre to the Home customers only, signing up on the Openserve Fibre network, including web connect products.
• Applicable to selected plan speeds on the Openserve Fibre Network.

Promotion Details:

• Customers are eligible for a discount applied over three full months (not including pro rata billing).
• Prorated fees will apply for service activated mid-month, but will not affect the discount or free month applied to full billing cycles.

Service Activation:

• Offer is valid upon successful activation of the eligible plan.

Plan Changes:

• If the customer downgrades or switches within the first three months, the promotional offer (free month or discount) will be voided, and any discounts or credits for the free month will be reversed.

Promotion Duration:

• The offer is only valid for new sign-ups where orders are placed within the promotional period from 18 Septemer 2024 to 31 October 2024.
• RSAWEB and Openserve reserve the right to modify or discontinue the promotion at any time without prior notice.

Installation Fees:

• Standard installation fees apply unless otherwise stated.

Availability:

• The offer is subject to service availability in the customer’s area on the Openserve network.

• These terms and conditions are subject to the general terms and conditions of RSAWEB.
