- The RSAWEB Supa Sale Octotel Fibre Promotion in Suburbs Southern is valid for sign-ups from 1 July until 31 October 2022 within selected addresses in Southern Suburbs, Western Cape on the Octotel Fibre Network.
- If new customers switch to RSAWEB on the Octotel network from their existing internet service provider ISP and fibre provider, they can be credited with up to R1000 on their RSAWEB Account.
- The promotional monthly service fees are payable from the time your fibre service goes live and is activated for a period of twelve months, including the pro-rata billing month and two (2) additional months.
- You will be billed for the standard monthly service fee from the fourth (4) month after your service is activated, as indicated below:
- 35/25Mbps will revert from R99 to R645 per month
- 50/50Mbps will revert from R199 to R755 per month
- 100/100Mbps will revert from R299 to R955 per month
- 200/200Mbps will revert from R399 to R1125 per month
- 1000/200Mbps will revert from R499 to R1375 per month
- The promotional monthly service fees are only valid for new orders placed between 1 July and 31 October 2022 with RSAWEB within selected addresses in Southern Suburbs, Western Cape on the Octotel Fibre Network.
- The promotional monthly service fee is applicable from the date of activation until the end of the third month of activated service.
- The promotional monthly service fee is applicable to services in live and pre-order buildings in live and pre-order areas that are ordered before the promotional period ends, 23h59 on 31 October 2022. Any orders placed from 00h00 on 1 November 2022 will not qualify for this promotion.
- Existing RSAWEB customers on the Octotel network cannot downgrade, upgrade, or cancel and re-order Fibre for their existing address to receive these discounted prices.
- If new customers switch to RSAWEB on the Octotel network from their existing ISP and fibre provider, they can be credited with up to R1000. To redeem the switch credit, customers must use the SWITCH promo code during the order process online and need to supply the latest fibre invoice and proof of cancellation for the same address and in the same name as the order being placed with RSAWEB.
- RSAWEB reserves the right to amend or terminate the promotion without any notice.
- If the fibre internet service with RSAWEB is downgraded within 12 months of the service going live, the customer will be liable to pay an R250 downgrade fee as well as pay back the value of the promotional offer received during their initial 12-month period with RSAWEB, i.e. the difference between the standard monthly service fee and the promotional monthly service for every month the discount was applied, as well as the value of any switch credit applied and used.
- If the customer cancels within 12 months they will be liable to pay back the value of the promotional offer received during their initial 12-month period with RSAWEB, i.e. the difference between the standard monthly service fee and the promotional monthly service for every month the discount was applied, as well as the value of any switch credit applied and used.
- The cancellation clawback will also include the value of the free-to-use-router, free setup (installation and/or connection fees) received, as well as the value of any other promotional discounts or credits (i.e. Early Bird – R500 credit) and/or free gifts such as the mini-UPS valued at R1200.
