- The Vuma Flash Promotion is valid in selected areas on Vuma network:
- The Flash Promotion is only applicable to 50/50Mbps, 100/100Mbps, and 200/200Mbps Vuma packages.
- The monthly service fee will be zero-rated (R,00) from the activation (go-live) date until 31 August 2023. Customers will be billed the standard monthly fee from 1 September 2023, which will reflect on the invoice received at the end August 2023 and will be debited on 1 September 2023.
- 50/50Mbps standard monthly service fee is R755 payable from September 2023 debit order run.
- 100/100Mbps standard monthly service fee is R955 payable from September 2023 debit order run.
- 200/200Mbps standard monthly service fee is R1085 payable from September 2023 debit order run.
- Valid for orders placed before 18h00 on 5 June 2023.
- Free Connection and Installation valued at R2720.
- The promotional monthly service fees (R0,00) are only valid for new orders placed with RSAWEB on the selected packages at selected addresses.
- The promotional monthly service fee (R0,00) is applicable to services in live and pre-order buildings in live and pre-order areas that are ordered before the promotional period ends. If activation (go-live) of service is only after 31 August 2023 then standard monthly service fees will apply.
- RSAWEB reserves the right to amend or terminate the promotion without any notice.
- Existing RSAWEB and/or Vuma customers cannot migrate, downgrade, upgrade, or cancel and re-order Fibre for their existing address to receive these discounted prices.
- If the fibre internet service with RSAWEB is downgraded within 12 months of the service going live, the customer will be liable to pay an R575 downgrade fee as well as pay back the value of the promotional offer received during their initial 12-month period with RSAWEB, i.e. the difference between the standard monthly service fee and the promotional monthly service for every month the discount was applied, as well as the value of any switch credit applied and used.
- If the customer cancels within 12 months they will be liable to pay back the value of the promotional offer received during their initial 12-month period with RSAWEB, i.e. the difference between the standard monthly service fee and the promotional monthly service for every month the discount was applied, as well as the value of any switch credit applied and used.
- The cancellation clawback will also include the value of the free-to-use-router, free setup (installation and/or connection fees) received, as well as the value of any other promotional discounts or credits and/or free gifts such as the mini-UPS valued at R1200
