Vuma Reach prepaid top-ups last for 30 days from activation. A maximum of 6 top-ups can be purchased at a time. Top-ups can be bought at selected EasyPay pay points or via the EasyPay App.

Click here for detailed instructions on how to make payments for Vuma Reach (once off payments). Additionally, you have the option to set up a recurring payment through PayFast.

Upon initial purchase of Prepaid Fibre, you will be required to pay for an entire month in advance, granting you access until the end of that month. Your next top-up purchase (within two months) automatically gets a discount applied equivalent to the balance of the remaining days from the first month.

For instance, if you subscribed in August but were installed on the 27th, the amount you pay for your top-up at the end of the month will be reduced to account for the 27 days of unused service.

Please Note: It is necessary to sign up for the service every month to maintain your benefits. Failure to sign up for two consecutive months will result in the forfeiture of any pro rata credits you have accumulated.

With your Vuma Reach Fibre connection, you can enjoy a wide variety of streaming services for both video and music. Popular options include Pro-rata is a form of billing that we utilise at RSAWEB to help you get connected, even if you don’t go live within our standard billing times. Instead of making you WAIT to get online connectivity, we connect you from the date you need to be connected by, and simply bill you a per-day cost right up until the next billing run commences. It’s as simple as that!

If you still have any accounts or service related queries you can open a ticket here or contact us via Live Chat

When it comes to receiving your first RSAWEB bill, the costs you can expect to receive rely solely on the date that your service was activated on. If this date falls within our standard billing run period, or after it. The points below will help give you a clear indication of what you can expect to see on your first month’s bill.

Delivery Fee

The delivery fee is payable in full on the first invoice. The Delivery Fee of R195 is payable on all hardware ordered including but not limited to the free-to-use router, SIM cards and any additional hardware purchased or gifted like a mini-UPS device.

1st – 20th of your first month

If your service has been activated between the 1st and the 20th of the month, you will receive two invoices; an invoice for your pro-rata payment, and an invoice for the amount owed for the following month – because we bill in advance. You will receive your month in advance invoice and statement via email, and the amount(s) owed will be debited on the 1st of the following month.

21st –30th/31st of your first month

If your service has been activated between the 21st and the 30th/31st of the month, you will see two amounts on your bill – a pro-rata amount for the month your service was activated in, and your package amount for the following month – as we bill 1 month in advance. However, you will not receive an email regarding your invoice & statement – but you can view them on MyRSAWEB or our Mobile App. The amount(s) owed will be debited on the 1st of the following month.
There are two ways to view and download your invoices and statements – through the MyRSAWEB online portal and through the RSAWEB mobile app.

Accessing Invoices & Statements Via The MyRSAWEB Online Portal

Access the MyRSAWEB Login page via the RSAWEB website. Click on the “LOGIN” dropdown in the top right corner of the menu, then click on “MYRSAWEB”.

Accessing Invoices And Statements From The RSAWEB Mobile App

Download the RSAWEB mobile app from the Google Play Store (Android), the App Gallery (Huawei) or the App Store (iOS). Open the app and enter your email address or mobile number associated with your MyRSAWEB account. Once you are logged in, click on “Account” at the bottom of the navigation bar. Click on “View Invoices” or “View Statements”.
Depending on the date your service went live on, on your first month’s Invoice you will see both your pro-rata amount and your first month’s service amount – because we bill in advance. If your service was activated outside of our standard billing dates, your pro-rata amount won’t be reflected on your invoice, but rather your statement (without product descriptions attached to the figures). The Differences Between RSAWEB Invoices & Statements
An RSAWEB invoice is a document we send you that lists all the items included in the delivery or service rendered from us to you, along with the amount of money owed. A statement is a summarised history of your account with RSAWEB – showing what you have been charged, paid and still owe.

Important To Know:
You might not receive your first full month’s invoice via email, depending on the date your service goes live. If your service goes live on one of these dates, you will have to access your invoice on our Mobile App or on your MyRSAWEB account. This will happen if your service goes live after the 21st of the month. You will, however, receive a statement detailing your total amount owed to us.
