How to log a ticket with RSAWEB

  • Order follow-ups → Press 4, then follow the prompts
  • Router or SIM card delivery follow-ups → Press 4, then follow the prompts
  • Billing or invoice queries → Press 3

One of our friendly agents will assist you. If we need to get back to you, request a ticket reference number and keep an eye on your email for updates.

If you need to escalate an issue, call our Support team and provide your ticket reference number for further assistance.

You can also log a support ticket directly on our website:

  2. Click on Get Help > Home Support > Open a ticket on the menu
  3. Choose the category that best matches your query
  4. Fill in the form with your details
