Thriving in the workplace requires an environment that values trust, respect, creativity, and open communication. RSAWEB is a company that prides itself on instilling these values, among others – to empower our staff both professionally and personally.
Since RSAWEB was founded over 20 years ago, we have made it our mission to hire a diverse team that truly reflects the people of South Africa. We strive to create a space where individuals from all cultural and religious backgrounds, as well as all genders, feel safe, seen, and heard within our walls.

RSAWEB is constantly exploring new ways to improve employee wellness and create an environment where our staff feel excited and eager to come to the office and contribute to connecting South Africa with the best fibre internet. We run a variety of initiatives to ensure our employees are supported and well cared for.
- Coffee Shop
Thanks to Cartel Coffee, the RSAWEB head office has its very own coffee shop exclusively for staff and visiting customers. We know there’s nothing quite like a warm brew to start the day off right.
- Fruit Bar Tuesdays
Every Tuesday, we offer a fruit bar where staff can help themselves to a selection of fresh fruit and yoghurt, creating their own delicious fruit salads.
- Social Hour Thursdays
Every Thursday at 4pm, we host a social hour. This gives staff the opportunity to mingle with colleagues from other departments while enjoying board games, music, and a refreshing cold beverage.
- Sports Days
In collaboration with Octotel, RSAWEB regularly hosts sports days. These events include everything from football to table tennis, encouraging team bonding and some light-hearted, good-spirited fun between the two companies.
- Counselling Support
RSAWEB offers free counselling services to all staff through Lyra Wellbeing, a network that connects individuals with licensed therapists. Employees can use Lira Wellbeing to discuss anything from work-related concerns to personal matters. All sessions are strictly confidential, providing a safe space to talk openly about any issue.
- Wellness Week
In partnership with Octotel, RSAWEB also runs a regular Wellness Week. This event brings in industry professionals from a variety of sectors, such as finance, fitness, nutrition, and insurance, to speak to our staff. The aim is to equip employees with practical tips for improving their mental, financial, and physical well-being in their day-to-day lives.
