- RSAWEB uses an internal integration to monitor and manage public comments posted on the official RSAWEB Facebook Page.
- This system reads public comment data via Facebook’s API and does not collect, store, or share any personal user information.
- All data accessed is publicly available on Facebook and is used solely for customer engagement and moderation purposes.
Data Deletion Instructions
- RSAWEB uses a Facebook-approved integration to read public comments made on our official RSAWEB Facebook Page.
- This tool does not collect or store any personal information from Facebook users.
- If you wish to disconnect this integration from your Facebook account, you can do so by following these steps:
- Log in to Facebook
- Go to Settings & Privacy → Settings
- Select Apps and Websites
- Locate “RSAWEB Comment Monitor” (or the app name) and click Remove
Note: This integration is only used internally by RSAWEB staff and does not interact with Facebook users beyond reading public comments.
