1. Promotion Validity
This promotion is valid for orders placed with RSAWEB by the 27th of February 2026. RSAWEB reserves the right to amend or terminate the offer at any time without prior notice.
Orders placed/accepted with Frogfoot after 28 February 2026, for any reason, will not qualify for this promotion and will revert to standard pricing.
2. Promotional Discount
Eligible customers will receive up to two (2) months at a discounted rate, which includes:
- A pro-rata discount for the activation month
- One (1) additional full month at the promotional rate
Thereafter the customer will revert to standard pricing. The discount will be automatically applied during the billing cycle and reflected on the customer’s invoice.
3. Eligibility Criteria
Offer valid nationwide to RSAWEB customers that are new on the Frogfoot fibre network.
No migrations or substitutions are allowed.
Substitutions include cases where an existing Frogfoot customer moves to a new Frogfoot-connected premises.
Promotion applies to selected speed packages only.
Existing RSAWEB customers cannot regrade to receive the promotional rate.
Customers may not cancel and re-subscribe to access the promotion or updated standard pricing.
This promotion is not available in the following areas:
- Century City Connect (Think Speed)
- Clara Anna Fountain (Think Speed)
- DFA, Parkview, JHB (3rd Party Supplier)
4. Pricing and Adjustments
Pricing may change during the promotional period due to CPI-related increases or adjustments from RSAWEB or Frogfoot.
If pricing changes occur, both the standard and promotional prices may increase. However, the discount value (the difference between the promotional and standard price) will remain the same.
5. Cancellations and Recoveries
Should a customer cancel their service within 12 months of activation, they are liable to pay the discount rates over and above the standard cancellation fees, where applicable. For cancellation terms and policies please refer to Fibre to the Home Terms and Conditions.
6. General Terms
Offer is for individual residential use only.
The promotion is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Standard RSAWEB Fibre to the Home and General Terms and Conditions apply.
RSAWEB may amend, suspend, or terminate the promotion and its benefits at any time.
