Promotional Period
- The promotion is valid from 4 October 2024 to 31 January 2025.

Discount Offer
- Customers who sign up during the promotional period will receive 3 full months at a discounted rate, as specified in the pricing table. This offer applies to the monthly subscription fee only. Pro rata billing is excluded from the discount and will be calculated at the standard retail rate for any part of the first month.
Eligibility
- The promotion is available only to new RSAWEB customers who sign up for services in Frogfoot areas. Existing RSAWEB customers cannot downgrade, upgrade, or cancel their current package to qualify for this promotion.
Non-Transferable
- The promotion is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other offers.
Exclusions
- The promotion excludes third-party precincts such as Century City Connect, Clara Anna Fontein, and Parkview (Johannesburg).
