Service Availability
Availability of Premium products is restricted to areas defined by Octotel as Premium coverage zones. Services can only be ordered in mapped Premium areas.
Order Validation
All orders are subject to a successful site survey or feasibility check. RSAWEB may cancel or decline an order if Octotel rejects the installation or determines that service cannot be provided at the premises.
Single-Premises Use
This service is intended for use at one physical premises only. Extending, redistributing, or sharing the service beyond the registered address is not permitted.
Prohibited Redistribution
Any form of redistribution, aggregation, or network extension (including to neighbouring properties or multiple dwellings) is strictly prohibited. If detected, RSAWEB may suspend the service immediately and apply applicable penalties.
Penalty Charges for Redistribution
If a customer redistributes or aggregates the service, RSAWEB may recover any penalties or additional charges billed by Octotel as a result of the breach.
Equipment Return
Any ONT (fibre box) supplied as part of the service remains the property of Octotel and should be in good working condition upon collection after the service is cancelled. Octotel will arrange collection directly from the premises using a qualified technician. Charges may apply for damaged or unreturned equipment.
Speed and Performance Factors
Actual speeds may vary based on factors such as the customer’s own router, device capabilities, internal network setup, wireless interference, and LAN limitations.
General Terms Apply
All existing General and FTTH terms, acceptable use policies, and service conditions continue to apply. By activating a Premium product, you agree to these terms.
