Promotion Period
This Upfront Promotion is available for all orders placed on or before 30 December 2024.
Eligibility
The promotion applies exclusively to new RSAWEB customers activating services on the Octotel network. Customers must select the Upfront Promotion at the time of ordering.
Promotional Details
Customers who choose this promotion receive discounted monthly pricing for a specified period based on the selected line speed.
Each line speed option offers up to three (3) months of promotional pricing, which includes either two full months and the first month’s pro-rata or two full months without pro-rata.
Should the customer opt to regrade their service prior to the promotional period completion, the discount will fall away. Should the customer cancel their service within a 12-month period, the promotional discount amounts will be payable along with the standard cancellation fees stipulated.
General Conditions
Standard rates apply after the end of the promotional period.
All prices include VAT and may increase each year, as determined by either the Fibre Network Operator (FNO) or RSAWEB.
This offer is not exchangeable for cash or any other services.
RSAWEB reserves the right to modify, extend, or cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice.
Exclusions
Existing RSAWEB customers upgrading or downgrading their current service on the Octotel network are not eligible for this promotion.
This promotion cannot be combined with any other RSAWEB discounts or offers.

Promotion Period
This Loyalty Promotion is available for all orders placed on or before 30 December 2024.

Customers must select the Loyalty Promotion at the time of ordering.
Should the customer opt to regrade their service prior to the promotional period completion, the loyalty reward will fall away.
Promotional Details
Customers who select the Loyalty Promotion pay the standard monthly rate from the start of service but will receive a credit at the end of 24 months based on the chosen line speed.
Loyalty rewards are allocated as follows:

Customers may see a savings of up to 7.7% depending on line speed and any adjustments by the FNO over the 24-month period.
General Conditions
Rewards are only payable after continuous service for 24 months without any interruptions or account cancellations.
Standard monthly rates apply for the entire 24-month duration, including any potential future price increases by RSAWEB and the FNO.
