1. Promotion Validity
This promotion is valid for orders placed with RSAWEB by the 31st of January 2026. RSAWEB reserves the right to amend or terminate the offer at any time without prior notice.
Orders placed/accepted with Octotel after 31st of January 2026, for any reason, will not qualify for this promotion and will revert to standard pricing.
2. Promotional Discount
Eligible customers will receive a discount on the monthly recurring fee for up to two (2) months, which includes:
- A pro-rata discount for the activation month, and
- One (1) additional full month at the promotional rate.
Thereafter the customer will revert to the advertised standard pricing. The discount will be automatically applied during the billing cycle and reflected on the customer’s invoice.
3. Eligibility Criteria
This offer is available to new Octotel fibre customers nationwide, including new installation, migration and reconnects.
Existing customers may not regrade or cancel their service and re-subscribe solely to qualify for this promotion or the updated standard pricing.
4. Pricing and Adjustments
Pricing may change during the promotional period due to factors such as CPI-related increases or adjustments from RSAWEB or Octotel. If such a change occurs, both standard and promotional prices may increase; however, the discount value (i.e., the difference between the promotional and standard price) will remain the same.
5. Cancellations and Recoveries
Should a customer cancel their service within 12 months of activation, they are liable to pay the discount rates over and above the standard cancellation fees, where applicable.
6. General Terms
Offer is for individual residential use only.
The promotion is non-transferable, non-refundable, and not redeemable for cash.
