Openserve Olympic Promotion Terms and Conditions

Eligibility:

• Offer valid for new Fibre to the Home customers only, signing up on the Openserve Fibre network (Excludes OWC).
• Applicable to plans with speeds of 50/25Mbps and above.

Promotion Details:

• Customers are eligible for either:
  1. One free full month of service (eligible packages: Openserve 300/150Mbps & 500/250Mbps), OR
  2. A discount applied over three full months (excluding pro rata billing) (eligible packages: All Openserve FTTH speeds excluding the 300/150Mbps & 500/250Mbps packages).
• When signing up on plans with speeds of 50/25Mbps and above, a free Mini UPS will be included with the subscription.
• Prorated fees will apply for services activated mid-month, but will not affect the discount or free month applied to full billing cycles.

Service Activation:

• Offer is valid upon successful activation of the eligible plan, provided that the order is placed prior to the promotional period end date.

Mini UPS:

• The Mini UPS will be provided at the time of installation.
• Limited to one Mini UPS per household.

Plan Changes:

• If the customer downgrades to a plan below 50/25 Mbps within the first twelve months, the promotional offer (free month, discount, and Mini UPS) will be voided, and any charges for the free month, discount and Mini UPS will apply.

Promotion Duration:

• The offer is valid for sign-ups within the promotional period from 18 September 2024 to 31 October 2024.
• RSAWEB and Openserve reserve the right to modify or discontinue the promotion at any time without prior notice.

Installation Fees:

• Standard installation fees apply unless otherwise stated.

Availability:

• The offer is subject to service availability in the customer’s area on the Openserve network.
