1. Eligibility
This competition is open to South African residents over the age of 18.
Employees, agents, and immediate family members of RSAWEB (Pty) Ltd are not eligible to enter.
2. How to Enter
To enter, complete the official online entry form and upload a short video telling us why you love RSAWEB and what makes your experience with us awesome.
By submitting your video, you confirm that:

You are the original creator of the video;

You give RSAWEB full permission to use, share, and promote the video as outlined in these terms;

All individuals featured in your video have given their consent to be filmed and to have the footage used by RSAWEB.
3. Entry Period
Entries are open from the date of announcement and will end on 15 February 2026.
Late entries will not be considered.
4. Winner Selection
Winners will be selected by a panel of RSAWEB judges based on creativity, originality, and alignment with the RSAWEB brand values.
The panel’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
5. Prizes
Prize details will be included in the official announcement.
Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
RSAWEB reserves the right to replace any prize with one of similar or greater value.
6. Notification
Winners will be contacted directly using the details provided on the entry form.
If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 7 days, RSAWEB reserves the right to select a new winner.
Video Usage Consent
By entering this competition and submitting your video:

You grant RSAWEB (Pty) Ltd the irrevocable right to use, edit, reproduce, and share your video across its marketing channels, including but not limited to social media, newsletters, digital advertising, and website platforms.

RSAWEB may use your name, likeness, and any statements or content provided in the video for promotional purposes.

You waive any right to review or approve the final content where your video may appear.

You may at any time request for your video to be removed from future marketing content, and RSAWEB will honour this request where reasonable and possible.

By entering, you consent to RSAWEB contacting you about matters related to this competition via any communication channel, including email, phone, or social media.
7. Data Protection
Your personal information will be processed in accordance with RSAWEB’s Privacy Policy and the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
RSAWEB will only use your personal information for purposes related to this competition, unless you have opted in to receive further marketing communication.
8. Disqualification
RSAWEB reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these terms or is deemed inappropriate, offensive, or fraudulent.
9. Modifications
RSAWEB may update or cancel this competition and/or these terms if necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.
10. Limitation of Liability
RSAWEB is not liable for any technical issues, data loss, or injuries arising from participation in this competition or the use of any prize.
