Promotion Period:
The MFN SMME FTTB Black Friday Promotion offer is valid from until 30 November 2025. Orders must be placed and accepted with MetroFibre Networx on or before 30 November 2025 to qualify.
1. Eligibility:

- Available only on the MetroFibre GPON footprint. Feasibility and coverage checks will be performed to confirm
- Applies to new installations and speed upgrades only.
- Not available for migrations or reconnects of previously cancelled services.
2. Promotion Benefits:

- Customers who sign up during the promotional period will receive the discounted promotional rate for the first 12 months from activation.
- From month 13 onward, pricing will automatically revert to the standard rate for the applicable speed plan.
- Customers may choose to start on standard pricing at the time of sign-up instead of the promotional rate.
3. Contract Terms:

- Available on 12- and 24-month terms.
4. Cancellations and Penalties:

- Customers cancelling within their contract term will be liable for early termination penalties and any applicable setup or promotional recovery fees as outlined in the standard agreement.
5. Exclusions:

- The promotion cannot be combined with any other offer, discount, or promotion.
- Not available for non-GPON MetroFibre services.
