1. Promotion Validity
This offer is available for a limited period. RSAWEB may amend or end the promotion at any time.
2. Promotional Discount
Eligible customers will receive a discounted rate for up to two months, made up of:
- A pro-rata discount for the activation month.
- One (1) full month billed at the promotional rate.
3. Eligibility
To qualify for this promotion:
- You must sign up for an eligible ThinkSpeed fibre package during the promotional period.
- The offer is available nationwide to new RSAWEB customers on the ThinkSpeed network.
- The promotion applies only to the specific packages listed on the RSAWEB website for this offer.
- Existing RSAWEB customers cannot change, downgrade, or upgrade existing services to receive the promotional rate.
- Customers may not cancel and re-apply in an attempt to obtain the promotion or updated standard pricing.
4. Pricing and Adjustments
- Both the standard and promotional prices are set for the duration of the promotion.
- If RSAWEB or ThinkSpeed adjusts pricing due to CPI or network-related increases during the promotion, the difference between the standard and promotional rate will remain consistent, although both amounts may change.
5. Cancellations and Recoveries
- Should a customer cancel their service within 12 months of activation, they are liable to pay the discount rates over and above the standard cancellation fees, where applicable. For cancellation terms and policies please refer to Fibre to the Home Terms and Conditions
6. General Conditions
- This promotion is for residential use only.
- The offer is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Standard RSAWEB Home Fibre Terms and Conditions apply in addition to these promotional terms.
- RSAWEB may update, suspend, or withdraw the offer at its discretion.
