Recently, we have received feedback from many of our customers in Bredasdorp and Sedgefield regarding the recent price increases. We understand that this has been a concern for many of you, and we take your feedback seriously.
In response to your feedback, we have taken this matter to Octotel, and we are pleased to inform you that they have agreed to introduce reduced pricing adjustments for both new and existing customers in the Bredasdorp and Sedgefield areas.
We are delighted to announce that effective immediately, we will be offering reduced prices for 50Mbps, 100Mbps, and 200Mbps packages. The standard prices for 400Mbps and 1000Mbps packages will remain unchanged.

Yes, you can downgrade your package, however, there is an R250 downgrade fee charged.
Downgrades will also only be effective at the next billing run (invoiced on the 21 April 2023) and will reflect on your bill for 1 May 2023.
