MFN SpeedUp Promotion Terms and Conditions

Promotional Period

• This promotion runs from 24 October 2024 to 29 January 2025.
• Orders must be placed by 31 January 2025 to qualify for the promotional offer. Any orders placed after this date will not be eligible.

Applicable Areas

• The promotion is only available to customers residing in the following areas:
  • Isipingo Rail
  • Isipingo Hills
  • Isipingo Beach
  • Orient Hills
  • Lotus Park

Eligibility

• This offer is valid for both new customers and existing customers looking to upgrade.
• Only customers connected to the MetroFibre network in the specified areas qualify for the promotion.

Offer Details

• Customers will pay the standard package price and receive an increased bandwidth (Promotional Speed) on selected packages.
• The Promotional Speed is valid for 12 months from the date of activation (for new customers) or from the date of the upgrade (for existing customers).

• If RSAWEB is unable to process your order due to customer-driven delays, the promotion will not be honoured.

Existing Customer Upgrades

• Existing customers may upgrade to benefit from the SpeedUp promotion, provided their current package’s monthly fee is lower than the upgraded package’s monthly fee.

Pricing Adjustments

• During the 12-month Promotional Speed period, the monthly subscription rates are not fixed and are subject to standard pricing adjustments.
