Octotel Flexi Connect
Octotel Flexi Connect gives you full control of your internet with a prepaid service. You pay upfront for one month of access, and at the end of the calendar month, the service expires. To continue, just purchase a recharge for another month—it’s that simple! To check your address simply click here.
We offer two unlimited packages: 20/10Mbps and 80/20Mbps. Search your address to see if you’re covered.
UNLIMITED and UNCAPPED! The service is fully uncapped, so you’ll never have to worry about data limits or your internet speed being reduced due to usage during your 1-month activation bundle.
There’s no need for a router. We’ll provide a WiFi-enabled router/ONT (Optical Network Terminal) during installation, which will allow you to connect all your devices.

At the end of the calendar month, your internet service will expire. You’ll have 3 days to recharge with RSAWEB before your service is suspended. If you don’t recharge within 14 days, your service will be canceled, and you’ll need to place a new order with RSAWEB. To recharge go here.
At the end of the calendar month, you will be directed to a dedicated webpage on your device (or click here), where you will be able to purchase a new 1 month voucher with your current RSAWEB. Just follow the instructions to recharge and once completed, you will be reconnected to the internet.

Vuma Reach is a division of Vumatel that has been operational since 2018. Vuma Reach provides fast and affordable Fibre, allowing you to stay connected to your digital community and the world. With Vuma Reach, you can stream or download the latest music and movies without worrying about data limits. Stay connected and do it all with Vuma Reach.

With your Fibre connection, you can enjoy a wide range of streaming services for both video and music. The great news is that you don’t need a separate router or modem—the Fibre unit, called the Optical Network Terminal (ONT), comes with a built-in router. This unit is mounted on a wall in your property, allowing you to easily connect up to 10 devices and save on mobile data costs.
If you cancel your Fibre service, it’s straightforward since our Vuma Reach data packages are month-to-month with no long-term contracts. Just let us know if you want to cancel, and we’ll take care of the rest. If you’ve set up a recurring payment, please inform us in advance so we can cancel it before the next payment is deducted.
Nope, you don’t need a landline! Fibre works all on its own, so you’re not tied to a bundled voice line. How cool is that?

The installation fee covers up to 30 meters of cabling. If more cabling is needed, a site survey will be done, and you’ll receive a quote from the last-mile provider. If you agree to proceed, you’ll be responsible for the extra costs, which are payable directly to the provider.
Activation fees are included with any new installation.
Yes, you can apply for a service change (Downgrade) at any time during your active service period. The service change will be scheduled for activation on your next recurring payment date, according to your normal billing cycle.
Openserve Prepaid
Openserve Prepaid Fibre is a flexible, contract-free option that allows you to access Fibre internet on a pay-as-you-go basis, without long-term commitments.
You purchase the initial prepaid Fibre plan from RSAWEB (14 day activation bundle) and gain access to internet services. Once the period expires, you can recharge as needed via the MyOpenserve portal.
No, there is no long-term contract. You simply pay for the service when you need it.

There are currently two speed options, location dependent. The 20/10Mbps package is available in specific Openserve areas only whereas the 50/25Mbps package is available in most Openserve coverage areas. Check to see if you are covered here.
Yes, you can switch packages after your current bundle is used, depending on your location. To upgrade from the 20/10Mbps to the 50/25Mbps package, you’ll need to purchase a new activation bundle through the RSAWEB Shop. To downgrade from the 50/25Mbps to the 20/10Mbps package, first verify that the lower speed is available in your area, then place your order via the RSAWEB Shop.
