These Promotional Terms and Conditions are specific to the Evotel network, fibre to the business, offered by RSAWEB. By participating in this Promotion, you agree to comply with these Terms in addition to RSAWEB’s General Terms and Conditions.
Promotional Period: The Promotion is valid for new sign-ups from 10 May 2024 to 15 July 2024.
Eligibility:Â This Promotion applies exclusively to new installations on the Evotel Fibre to the Business Network. The Promotion is available to new customers who have not previously subscribed to RSAWEB services.
Promotional Pricing:Â Customers who sign up during the Promotional Period will receive a monthly promotional discount. The monthly promotional discount is valid until 30 July 2024.
Installation and Service Activation: The promotional pricing and discounts are only applicable to services installed during the Promotional Period. Services installed after the Promotional Period (until 30 July 2024) will not be eligible for any promotional discounts.
General Conditions: The Promotion cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts, or promotions unless otherwise specified by RSAWEB.
RSAWEB reserves the right to modify or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice. Standard RSAWEB terms and conditions of service apply.
Limitation of Liability: RSAWEB will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from any delay or failure to install services within the Promotional Period.
