Recurring Monthly Discount: As a new customer signing up for new services with RSAWEB, you are eligible for a recurring monthly discount based on the selected internet speed plan. However, please note that if you choose to upgrade or downgrade your service speed at any point, the discount will no longer apply.
Eligibility: This promotion is exclusively applicable to new customers signing up for new services and does not extend to existing RSAWEB clients or services.
Adjustment Clause: Please be aware that this promotion is subject to adjustment based on changes in the Consumer Price Index (CPI) and/or annual increases from RSAWEB (ISP) and Fibre Network Operators (FNO).
Billing Terms: The discount provided under this promotion will apply from the prorated month.
Applicable FNOs: This promotion is applicable to selected services provided by the following Fibre Network Operators: Vumatel, Openserve, Thinkspeed, LightStruck, FibreGeeks, and Demux.
By participating in this promotion, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to these terms and conditions. RSAWEB reserves the right to amend or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice.

RSAWEB reserves the right to conduct a credit check on all clients. If the credit check does not yield a low-risk result, the client will be required to pay one month’s subscription upfront, along with any additional promotional items.
If the client’s account remains in good standing for over 6 months, the promotional item amount may be credited back to the account. The customer can choose to opt out of any promotion to forgo the upfront payment for said promotional items.
