The standard router provided with your service is complimentary but remains the property of RSAWEB for the duration of your service.
To minimize our carbon footprint, RSAWEB recycles routers. Our pre-owned routers undergo a thorough refurbishment process, ensuring they are cleaned, inspected, and restored to a “good as new” condition.
If you choose to cancel your service, you have two options regarding the router:
- Purchase Option: The router can be acquired for its retail value.
- Return Option: Alternatively, you may return the router to RSAWEB in its original condition, including all originally provided accessories such as LAN cable and power cable.
Please make sure to include your name and RSAWEB customer code when returning the router.
In the event that we do not receive the router within the 10-day router-return period, you will be invoiced for the router, and it will become your property.
Once payment for the router is received, it is no longer owned by RSAWEB, and we assume no responsibility for any damage or defects.
For order and service cancellations, all courier costs associated with returning the router are your responsibility.
Please be aware that if you do not initially choose a free-to-use router when placing your fibre order, you will not be eligible to claim any credit against your service for the absence of a router in your delivery.
