ONT/Router Wi-Fi Solution

- The service includes a Wi-Fi-enabled ONT/router, removing the need for an additional router.
Setup and Installation
Standard Setup Fee:

- Covers the Access Build of up to 30 meters from the boundary box to the Subscriber’s designated area.
- Additional distances or custom installations may incur additional costs.
Wi-Fi Access Home Air Product:
- Delivered exclusively over the 2.4GHz spectrum.
- The Subscriber acknowledges potential limitations due to this spectrum band.
Wi-Fi Performance Considerations
Factors Affecting Wi-Fi Performance:

- The optimal performance of the Wi-Fi service may be impacted by:
- The positioning of Wi-Fi equipment.
- Structural elements, such as thick walls, fish tanks, mirrors, and microwaves.
- The size of the home (e.g., homes larger than 100m²).
- The number and type of smart devices connected to the Wi-Fi network, such as laptops, smartphones, televisions, and gaming consoles.
Device Limitation

- The service supports a maximum of 10 smart devices simultaneously.
Liabilities and Limitations

- RSAWEB and FrogFoot will not be held liable for performance issues caused by environmental factors, Subscriber device compatibility, or exceeding the recommended number of connected devices.
Upgrades and Cancellations
Upgrade to Core Products:

- Upgrades to FrogFoot Core products are permitted without replacing the existing ONT.
- A cancellation fee of R1725 (including VAT) will be charged upon service termination.
General Conditions
- The Subscriber is responsible for ensuring the suitability of the installation area and the placement of Wi-Fi equipment to optimize performance. Additional fees may apply for services outside the standard scope outlined above.
