Discounted Hardware Payment and Cancellation

If a customer chooses to pay for discounted hardware upfront and subsequently cancels their connectivity service, the discounted amount will be billed upon cancellation.

Hardware Selection Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their hardware selection upon sign-up. Only hardware items selected at the time of checkout and confirmed via email will be included in the initial delivery by RSAWEB. Any hardware that is incorrect or not part of the confirmed order will be billed separately, with applicable courier fees.

Exclusions from Hardware Warranty

Our hardware warranty is void and does not apply to the following situations:

  • Failures or defects caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, physical damage, abnormal operation, improper handling and storage, neglect, exposure to fire, fluids, hazardous materials, chemicals, spills of food or liquids, acts of nature, or cosmetic damage.
  • Hardware that has been modified or altered by anyone other than RSAWEB.
  • Hardware that has been improperly installed or maintained.
  • Hardware not supplied by RSAWEB.
  • Other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of RSAWEB.

Hardware Warranty Policy

At RSAWEB, we are dedicated to providing our customers with high-quality hardware. However, we understand that accidents, natural disasters, or damage caused by load-shedding may occur. To address this, we have implemented the following hardware warranty policy:

Please note that our hardware warranty does not cover damages resulting from accidents, acts of nature, or load-shedding-related damage that can be attributed to our suppliers.

As our customer, you are responsible for safeguarding the hardware. By accepting our terms and conditions, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • You are liable for the full replacement cost of the hardware in the event of damage due to load-shedding or other power-related issues.
  • You must promptly report any loss, damage, theft, or destruction of the hardware to RSAWEB.
  • It is recommended that you take reasonable precautions to prevent loss, damage, theft, or destruction of the hardware, such as including it in your household or building insurance coverage for theft or damage.

Please be aware that RSAWEB is not responsible for any defects or faults that may arise in hardware not provided by RSAWEB.
