Terms and Conditions for RSAWEB MFN SpeedUp Promotion
Promotion Overview
- The SpeedUp promotion is available exclusively to new and existing (upgrading) RSAWEB customers residing in selected areas and on the MetroFibre (MFN) network.
- Eligible customers will pay the standard price for their selected package and receive increased bandwidth (Promotional Speed) until 31 October 2026
- This offer is valid for new customers from the date of activation and for upgrading customers from the date of upgrade.
Eligibility
- New customers: Must reside in eligible areas covered by the MFN network.
- Existing customers:
- Must have an existing RSAWEB MFN package.
- Can upgrade to take advantage of the SpeedUp promotion, provided their current monthly fee is lower than the upgraded package’s monthly fee.
- The MFN FTTH 25/25Mbps SpeedUp75 Uncapped package is not eligible for regrades within this promotion.
Duration and Pricing
- The Promotional Speed will be available until 31 October 2026.
- During the promotional period, the Monthly Subscription rates are not fixed and are subject to RSAWEB’s standard pricing adjustments.
Applicable Areas and End Dates
- The promotion is available only to customers residing within the specified areas and addresses as detailed below.
- Each area has an associated promotion end date, after which new activations or upgrades will no longer be eligible for the SpeedUp promotion.

- Customers will revert to the Standard Speed and applicable pricing from 1 November 2026, unless otherwise notified by RSAWEB.
