Availability
- The 25/25 Mbps package is only available in selected coverage areas and may be subject to change at RSAWEB’s discretion.
- The 25/25 Mbps product is not available at Eagles Canyon Estate, Johannesburg. Orders placed for this area will be deemed invalid and RSAWEB will not proceed with provisioning.
Customer Eligibility
- This product is available to new customers only.
- Existing RSAWEB customers may not regrade to the 25/25 Mbps package under any circumstances.
- Any attempt to circumvent this condition by cancelling and reordering the service within the same premises and name may result in the immediate cancellation of the new order and billing of any promotional discounts or setup costs covered by RSAWEB.
Promotional Terms
- All existing promotional and referral terms outlined in Section 7 of the Fibre to the Home Terms and Conditions apply, unless otherwise specified.
