Eligibility:
This promotion applies only to new FTTB customers switching from a different infrastructure provider, which may include a different Fibre Network Operator (FNO) or a wireless provider.
Proof of switch is required in the form of an active invoice from the customer’s previous provider.
Promotion Benefit:
Customers will receive up to 3 months free, depending on the selected product speed, as detailed in the pricing table.

- 10Mbps: Up to 2 months free
- 50Mbps and higher: Up to 3 months free
Promotion Period:
Orders must be successfully placed with Octotel between 01 September 2025 and 28 February 2026.
RSAWEB reserves the right to withdraw or amend the promotion at any time.
Clawback Policy:
If the customer cancels the service during the clawback period, including cancellations due to non-payment, the value of the promotional free months, as well as any other applicable cancellation fees as per the standard FTTB Terms and Conditions, will be recovered.
Order and Activation:
The promotion is only valid where the order is successfully placed and accepted by Octotel within the promotional period.
Non-Transferable:
The offer is non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other RSAWEB promotion.
Availability:
The promotion applies nationally across RSAWEB’s Octotel FTTB coverage footprint.
