1. Promotion Validity
This promotion is available for a limited time only. RSAWEB reserves the right to amend or terminate this offer at any time without prior notice.
2. Promotional Discount
Eligible customers will receive up to two (2) months at a discounted rate, which includes:
- A pro-rata discount for the activation month
- One (1) additional full month at the promotional rate
Following the full promotional month, the customer will be billed at the standard monthly price for their package. The discount will be automatically applied during the billing cycle and reflected on the customer’s invoice.
The standard prices shown for this promotion apply only to customers who activate on the Black Friday Promotion, as set out in these terms and conditions. They do not apply to existing RSAWEB customer services on the same package.
3. Eligibility Criteria
- This promotion is available nationally on the Octotel FTTH network, subject to coverage availability.
- A premises receives the promotional price once. A second qualifying order on the same premises is billed at the higher standard rate.
- Existing RSAWEB customers may not regrade to a promotional product to access this offer.
- Customers may not cancel and re-subscribe to access the promotion or updated standard pricing.
- This promotion applies to selected Octotel FTTH speed packages.
- Standard credit vetting and Order Processing Fee (OPF) rules apply.
4. Pricing and Adjustments
Pricing may change during the promotional period due to CPI-related increases or adjustments from RSAWEB or Octotel. If pricing changes occur, both the standard and promotional prices may increase. However, the discount value (the difference between the promotional and standard price, for up to two (2) months) will remain the same.
5. Cancellations and Recoveries
Normal Fibre to the Home cancellation terms apply, including any applicable cancellation penalties. The promotional discount received is not refundable on early cancellation. For full cancellation terms and policies, refer to Fibre to the Home Terms and Conditions.
6. General Terms
- Offer is for individual residential use only.
- The promotion is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- This discount may not be combined with any other RSAWEB promotion, discount, or offer, unless expressly confirmed in writing by RSAWEB.
- Standard RSAWEB Fibre to the Home and General Terms and Conditions apply and are incorporated by reference. Available at Fibre to the Home Terms and Conditions and General Terms and Conditions.
- RSAWEB may amend, suspend, or terminate the promotion and its benefits at any time, subject to applicable consumer protection legislation.
Additional Terms — Octotel FTTH 1000/200Mbps Uncapped BF26
7. Order Window
This product is only available for orders that are both placed by the customer with RSAWEB and placed by RSAWEB with Octotel between 1 November 2026 and 30 November 2026 inclusive (the Order Window).
If an order is rejected by Octotel for any reason and cannot be resubmitted and accepted by Octotel on or before 30 November 2026, the BF26 promotional product will not apply. RSAWEB may offer the customer the standard Octotel FTTH 1000/200Mbps Uncapped product at the Prevailing Standard Rate, subject to availability.
Where RSAWEB has not received all required supporting documentation from the customer by the date reasonably necessary to process and submit the order to Octotel before the close of the Order Window, RSAWEB cannot honour the BF26 promotional product for that order. The customer’s failure to provide required documentation timeously does not extend the Order Window, and the promotional product will not apply in such cases.
RSAWEB reserves the right to amend or terminate this offer at any time, subject to applicable consumer protection legislation.
8. Eligibility — BF26 Product
- Only new-installation orders qualify. Reconnects, reconnect re-installations, ISP migrations, and customer-change (ie transfer of ownership/cessions) orders do not.
- Customers seeking to regrade from any existing Octotel FTTH product to this product are not eligible.
- Customers who have previously held this product and lost it in accordance with Section 9 are not eligible to reactivate it.
- A premises receives the BF26 promotion once. Any subsequent order for the same premises will be placed on the standard Octotel FTTH 1000/200Mbps Uncapped product at the Prevailing Standard Rate, together with any promotion applicable to that product at the time of the order. RSAWEB will notify the customer before any such change is made.
9. BF26 Standard Rate
Following the two-month promotional period (pro-rata activation month plus one full promotional month), the customer will be billed at the standard monthly rate published by RSAWEB for the BF26 product at the time of the order (the BF26 Standard Rate). The BF26 Standard Rate is lower than the standard monthly rate for the Octotel FTTH 1000/200Mbps Uncapped product (the Prevailing Standard Rate) and is subject to annual adjustment.
The standard prices shown for this promotion apply to customers who activate under it and do not apply to existing RSAWEB customers on the same package, whose pricing is not changed by this promotion.
Annual price increases apply. RSAWEB reserves the right to apply annual price adjustments to the BF26 Standard Rate in accordance with RSAWEB’s pricing policy and applicable legislation. Customers will be notified of any price increase as required by law.
Product Discontinuation
If RSAWEB and/or Octotel discontinue the Octotel FTTH 1000/200Mbps Uncapped BF26 product, RSAWEB will give affected customers not less than 30 calendar days’ written notice prior to the date on which the BF26 Standard Rate will cease to apply (the Discontinuation Date). Notice will be sent to the email address or contact details held on the customer’s RSAWEB account at the time.
On or before the Discontinuation Date, the customer may elect to:
- Accept migration to the standard Octotel FTTH 1000/200Mbps Uncapped product, in which case the customer will be billed at the Prevailing Standard Rate from the Discontinuation Date; or
- Cancel their RSAWEB service. Where a customer elects to cancel, all standard FTTH cancellation terms remain in force.
Where the customer does not respond within the notice period, their service will automatically migrate to the standard Octotel FTTH 1000/200Mbps Uncapped product at the Prevailing Standard Rate on the Discontinuation Date.
10. Loss of the BF26 Product
The BF26 product and the BF26 Standard Rate will be permanently lost upon the occurrence of any of the following:
- Regrading to any other product or speed tier
- Migration to another internet service provider, which constitutes a cancellation of the RSAWEB service for all purposes under these Terms and Conditions
- Voluntary cancellation of service for any reason
- Cancellation due to late or non-payment
Loss of the BF26 product is permanent and irrevocable. RSAWEB will not reinstate it under any circumstances, regardless of the reason for the loss.
Once the BF26 product is lost, the customer may not reconnect to the Octotel FTTH 1000/200Mbps Uncapped BF26 product. Should the customer wish to continue with a 1000/200Mbps service, they must subscribe to the standard Octotel FTTH 1000/200Mbps Uncapped product at the Prevailing Standard Rate.
