Promotion Validity
This promotion is available for a limited time only. RSAWEB reserves the right to amend or terminate the offer at any time without prior notice.
Promotional Discount
Eligible customers will receive up to two (2) months at a discounted rate, which includes:
- A pro-rata discount for the activation month
- One (1) additional full month at the promotional rate
Eligibility Criteria
- Offer valid nationwide to new RSAWEB customers on the Thinkspeed fibre network
- Applies to new installations, migrations, and reactivations only
- Promotion applies to selected speed packages only — 10/5Mbps is excluded from this promotion
- Existing RSAWEB customers are not eligible to regrade to receive the promotional rate
- Existing customers may not cancel and re-subscribe to gain access to this promotion or to updated standard pricing
- 10/5Mbps is only available at Oasis Luxury Retirement Resort, and 1000/500Mbps is only available in the Century City and Clara Anna Fontein precincts — orders outside these areas for these products will not be provisioned
Pricing and Adjustments
- Pricing is subject to change during the promotional period due to factors such as CPI-related increases or adjustments from RSAWEB or Thinkspeed
- If such a change occurs, the standard and promotional prices may increase, but the discount value (i.e. the difference between the promotional and standard price) will remain the same

- Offer is for individual residential use only
- The promotion is non-transferable, non-refundable, and not redeemable for cash
- This discount may not be combined with any other RSAWEB promotion, discount, or offer, unless expressly confirmed in writing by RSAWEB

- These promotional Terms and Conditions supplement, and do not replace, the General Terms and Conditions and FTTH Terms and Conditions already associated with the product
- RSAWEB reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the promotion and its benefits at any time
