Promotional Discount
Eligible customers will receive one (1) month at a discounted promotional rate on their Vuma Reach package.
- The discounted rate applies for the first month of service only
- From the second month onward, the customer reverts to the standard price applicable to their package
Eligibility Criteria
- Offer valid nationwide to new RSAWEB customers on the Vuma Reach network
- Applies to new installations, migrations, and reconnections, including customers switching ISPs
- Existing RSAWEB Vuma Reach customers are not eligible for this promotion
- Product upgrades and downgrades do not qualify for the promotional rate
- Existing customers may not cancel and re-subscribe in order to gain access to this promotion
- The 10/10Mbps package is only available in selected areas — availability is confirmed via the RSAWEB coverage map
- This promotion excludes Vuma Core products
Pricing and Adjustments
- Pricing is subject to change during the promotional period due to factors such as CPI-related increases or adjustments from RSAWEB or Vumatel
- If such a change occurs, the standard and promotional prices may increase, but the discount value (i.e. the difference between the promotional and standard price) will remain the same
Sanlam Reality
- Sanlam Reality is excluded from prepaid products

- Offer is for individual residential use only
- The promotion is non-transferable, non-refundable, and not redeemable for cash
- This discount may not be combined with any other RSAWEB promotion, discount, or offer, unless expressly confirmed in writing by RSAWEB
