No additional onboarding surcharge or differentiated activation cost applies to qualifying units subscribing to the preferential package on or before 31 December 2026. Any optional upgrades or additional services requested may attract separate charges.

Owners who subscribe to the levy model on or before 31 December 2026 will secure the preferential rate of R845 per month, including VAT.

The rate is not fixed for the full term. It is subject to an annual increase, but the Managing Agent has negotiated a cap with RSAWEB. Any annual increase will not exceed the Consumer Price Index (CPI) plus 3%.
