Promotion Validity
This promotion is valid for orders placed with RSAWEB and accepted by MetroFibre by the 3rd of December 2026. RSAWEB reserves the right to amend or terminate the offer at any time without prior notice.
Orders placed/accepted with MetroFibre after 3 December 2026, for any reason, will not qualify for this promotion and will be billed at the standard price for their package.
Promotional Discount
Eligible customers will receive up to two (2) months at a discounted rate, which includes:
- A pro-rata discount for the activation month
- One (1) additional full month at the promotional rate
Customers who activate on the MetroFibre 30/30Mbps Nexus or 40/40Mbps Nexus packages will receive up to three (3) months at a discounted rate, which includes:
- A pro-rata discount for the activation month
- Two (2) additional full months at the promotional rate
Following the final promotional month, the customer will be billed at the standard monthly price for their package, subject to the Pricing and Adjustments section below. The discount will be automatically applied during the billing cycle and reflected on the customer’s invoice.
The standard prices shown for this promotion apply to customers who activate under it. They do not necessarily apply to existing RSAWEB customers on the same package, whose pricing is not changed by this promotion.
Eligibility Criteria
- Offer valid nationwide on MetroFibre fibre (Nova, Nexus and Core) to new RSAWEB activations.
- Promotion applies to selected speed packages only.
- Existing RSAWEB customers cannot regrade to receive the promotional or updated standard pricing.
- Customers may not cancel and re-subscribe to access the promotion or updated standard pricing.
- Standard credit vetting and Order Processing Fee (OPF) rules apply.
Pricing and Adjustments
Pricing may change during the promotional period due to CPI-related increases or adjustments from RSAWEB or MetroFibre.
If pricing changes occur, both the standard and promotional prices may increase. However, the discount value (the difference between the promotional and standard price) will remain the same.
Cancellations and Recoveries
Should a customer cancel their service within 12 months of activation, they are liable to pay the discount rates over and above the standard cancellation fees, where applicable. Normal Fibre to the Home cancellation terms apply, including any applicable cancellation penalties. The installation and connection fee and the unmanaged router fee are deferred for this promotion; should a customer cancel their service within 12 months of activation, these fees become payable. General Terms
- Offer is for individual residential use only.
- The promotion is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Standard RSAWEB Fibre to the Home and General Terms and Conditions apply.
- RSAWEB may amend, suspend, or terminate the promotion and its benefits at any time.
