Promotion Period
This promotion is valid for orders placed between 1 November 2025 and 28 February 2026.
Orders placed with Vumatel after 28 February 2026, for any reason, will not qualify for this promotion and will be subject to standard pricing.
Offer Details
The promotion offers a discount on the monthly recurring fee for up to two months on Vumatel Core coverage.
This includes the pro-rata portion of the activation month plus one full month free.
Eligibility
The promotion is only applicable to new customers.
Existing RSAWEB customers on the Vumatel network do not qualify.
Existing Vumatel/RSAWEB customers cannot terminate their service and reactivate to benefit from this promotion or new standard pricing.
Upgrades and downgrades of existing Vumatel/RSAWEB services do not qualify for this promotion or new standard pricing.
Customers currently on the Vumatel network who are switching ISPs to RSAWEB (ISP migrations) do qualify for this promotion.
Cancellations
If the customer cancels within 12 months, the cost of the promotion will be clawed back, along with any other applicable cancellation fees as per the General and FTTH Terms & Conditions.
General
The offer cannot be combined with any other promotion or special offer.
