A Mini-UPS, or uninterrupted power supply, provides power to your devices when there is a power outage. By connecting your router and ONT to the Mini-UPS, you’ll stay connected even when loadshedding strikes.

HOW TO CONNECT YOUR UPS
PLEASE NOTE: Your Mini-UPS should be set up and plugged in as soon as it is received, this ensures that it has enough time to charge and immediately power your router and ONT as loadshedding hits.
STEP 1: Connect the splitter provided to the output cable of the Mini-UPS.
STEP 2: Disconnect your ONT and router from their existing power source. Using the splitter, connect the Mini-UPS to your ONT and router.
PLEASE NOTE: A 1,5m power cable is included, in case your ONT and router are far apart.
STEP 3: Connect your router’s power cable to the mini-UPS and insert the plug into the power source/socket.
Switch on the power source and press the. On/Off button on the Mini-UPS.

WARNING
- Make sure the voltage of your equipment matches that of the UPS.
- Do not drop the UPS.
- Keep the UPS away from water and fire.
- Do not disassemble the UPS.
- Keep away from children.

Having issues with your UPS?
Please note this UPS warranty is for one year from receipt. The warranty covers only manufacturing flaws and not damage due to external factors (such as acts of god or loadshedding). If you feel your UPS is faulty, the RMA process is as follows:
1. Open a ticket here and an agent will be in touch with you shortly.
2. Support will troubleshoot the UPS to decide if it is faulty and send a ticket to our logistics team.
3. If the UPS is found faulty our logistics team will contact you for the collection of your old device, and replacement of your new device.
