Availability

• The 25/25 Mbps package is only available in selected coverage areas and may be subject to change at RSAWEB’s discretion.
• The 25/25 Mbps product is not available at Eagles Canyon Estate, Johannesburg. Orders placed for this area will be deemed invalid and RSAWEB will not proceed with provisioning.

Customer Eligibility

• This product is available to new customers only.
• Existing RSAWEB customers may not regrade to the 25/25 Mbps package under any circumstances.
• Any attempt to circumvent this condition by cancelling and reordering the service within the same premises and name may result in the immediate cancellation of the new order and billing of any promotional discounts or setup costs covered by RSAWEB.

• Customers who order the 500/200 Mbps package and activate service before 01 May 2025 will initially receive 400/200 Mbps, which will be upgraded to 500/200 Mbps on 01 May 2025 at no extra cost.

Exclusions

• Existing customers may not regrade to the 25/25 Mbps package.
• The 25/25 Mbps is not available at Eagles Canyon Estate, JHB.
