Promotional Period

• The promotion is valid from 6 December 2024 to 31 January 2025.

Discount Offer

• Customers who sign up during the promotional period will receive 2 full months at a discounted rate. The discount applies to the monthly subscription fee.

Exclusions

• Pro rata billing is excluded from the discount and will be calculated at the standard retail rate for any part of the first month.
• The promotion is only valid for selected Vumatel packages, specifically the 50/25 Mbps and 100/50 Mbps options.

Eligibility

• The offer is only available to new RSAWEB customers signing up for the specified Vumatel packages.
• Existing RSAWEB customers cannot downgrade, upgrade, or cancel their current package to take advantage of the promotional discount.

Non-Transferable

• The promotion is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other offers.

• All new sign-ups for Fibre to the Home or Fixed LTE service must be active through any participating Fibre Network Operator (FNO) during the promotion period are automatically entered into the draw.
• Each valid sign-up is counted as one entry. Multiple entries are permitted if multiple separate sign-ups are made.
• Only active services will qualify. The customer’s Fibre to the Home service must be active by the time of the draw, 31 May 2025.

• The lucky draw will take place after a six (6) month period, with winners selected at random from the pool of eligible entries.

Credit Details

Eligibility

• The promotion applies exclusively to new RSAWEB customers activating services on the Octotel network. This promotion is specific to the 100/100Mbps package. Existing RSAWEB customers upgrading or downgrading their current service on the Octotel network are not eligible for this promotion.

Promotion Overview

• The SpeedUp promotion is available exclusively to new and existing (upgrading) RSAWEB customers residing in selected areas and on the MetroFibre (MFN) network.
• Eligible customers will pay the standard price for their selected package and receive increased bandwidth (Promotional Speed) for 12 months.
• This offer is valid for new customers from the date of activation and for upgrading customers from the date of upgrade.

Eligibility

• New customers
  • Must reside in eligible areas covered by the MFN network.
• Existing customers
  • Must have an existing RSAWEB MFN package.
  • Can upgrade to take advantage of the SpeedUp promotion, provided their current monthly fee is lower than the upgraded package’s monthly fee.
  • The MFN FTTH 25/25Mbps SpeedUp75 Uncapped package is not eligible for regrades within this promotion.

Duration and Pricing

• The Promotional Speed will be available for 12 months from the activation or upgrade date.
• During the promotional period, the Monthly Subscription rates are not fixed and are subject to RSAWEB’s standard pricing adjustments.

Applicable Areas and End Dates

• The promotion is available only to customers residing within the specified areas and addresses as detailed below.
• Each area has an associated promotion end date, after which new activations or upgrades will no longer be eligible for the SpeedUp promotion.

Service Conditions

• The SpeedUp promotion applies solely to the packages listed in the table below.
• Customers will revert to the Standard Speed and applicable pricing after the 12-month promotional period ends, unless otherwise notified by RSAWEB.

General Terms

• The promotion is subject to RSAWEB’s standard terms and conditions of service, as well as the MetroFibre (MFN) network terms.

1. Eligibility:

7. Claiming Prizes:
   • Winners must claim their prize within 14 days of being notified.

   • By entering this competition, you agree to RSAWEB using your name, likeness, and entry details for competition purposes.

9. Protection of Personal Information:
   • Any personal information not already in the public is protected in terms of the Protection of Personal Information Act.

10. Disqualification:
    • RSAWEB reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these terms and conditions or is deemed inappropriate, offensive, or fraudulent.

    • RSAWEB reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the competition and these terms and conditions where it becomes necessary to do so.
12. Limitation of Liability:
    • RSAWEB will not be responsible for any loss, damage, or injury that is not reasonably foreseeable from entering this competition or in connection with the use of any prize.

You can only get paid for the successful connection of monthly fibre to the home subscription referrals. The referral program is only applicable for Monthly Fibre to the Home Subscription Referrals, with the stipulation that the referring customer must also be an active subscriber to a monthly fibre service. The discount is in the form of an account credit of R500 for each friend referred to RSAWEB and is only applied to your account, once your friend is connected. You can submit any number of referrals but the discount limit is R2 500 per customer.
