    Bark Junior Promotion
    • This promotion is valid for new customers of RSAWEB who sign up for Fibre to the home services and select Bark Junior during the ordering process. 
    • The promotion offers a free Bark Junior subscription, saving the customer R100 per month. 
    • The free Bark Junior subscription will be provided as long as the customer maintains an active Fibre service with RSAWEB. 
    • Only new customers are eligible for this promotion. Existing customers upgrading or modifying their Fibre service are not eligible. 
    • The promotion is subject to the availability of Bark Junior subscriptions and may be limited based on stock availability. 
    • Customers must explicitly select Bark Junior during the ordering process to qualify for the 100% discount. 
    • Failure to select Bark Junior during the ordering process will result in the customer not receiving the free Bark Junior subscription and the 100% discount. 
    Promotional Coupons
    • Enter your coupon code when signing up for Fibre to have the value of the credit applied to your RSAWEB account. 
    • This promotional offer is valid for new customers signing up for Fibre. 
    • Coupon codes must be entered at checkout and will not be applied once the order has been processed online. RSAWEB is not liable for the failure of the customer to enter the code at checkout 
    • If the customer cancels within 12 months they will be liable to pay back the value of the promotional offer or credit received during their initial 12-month period with RSAWEB.

    Evotel Double Speeds Promo

    Recurring Monthly Discount: Customers are eligible for a recurring monthly discount based on the selected internet speed plan. If a customer chooses to upgrade or downgrade their service speed, the discount will no longer apply.

    Eligibility: This promotion is exclusively available to New Customers signing up for new services. Existing RSAWEB clients or services are not eligible for this offer.

    Adjustment Clause: This promotion is subject to adjustment based on changes in the Consumer Price Index (CPI) and/or annual increases from RSAWEB (ISP) and Evotel (FNO).

    Promotion Period: The Double Speeds Promo is valid until 30 June 2025.

    Fibre Network Operator (FNO): This promotion is applicable only to Fibre to the Home services provided by Evotel.

    Billing Terms: The discount provided under this promotion will apply from the prorated month.

    Campaign Period

    • The promotional pricing and terms are valid until 28 February 2025.
    • This promotion applies only to orders placed during the promotional period. If your account is canceled and you later choose to reconnect, a new order will be required, and the promotion will no longer apply.

    Eligibility

    Exclusions

    • The promotion does not apply to customers with active ONT accounts who downgrade or migrate from other ISPs.

    • If a customer wishes to upgrade or downgrade, it will be at the standard speed and price, and the double speed promotion will no longer apply.

    RSAWEB Business and Frogfoot Broadband Limited term Promotion
    Offer Validity:
    This offer is valid for a limited time only and is subject to change without prior notice. Promotion end date is 30 April 2024.
    Eligibility:
    The promotion applies to orders for new links on the Frogfoot network. Existing links or renewals of existing links are excluded from this promotion.
    The geographical area is as indicated in the Frogfoot Portal where Frogfoot can provide services unless determined to not be feasible.
    The promotion is limited to selected areas that are feasible FTTB (fibre to the business) locations and as advised by Frogfoot. Area detail provided below.
    All third-party precincts are expressly excluded i.e. Century City Connect and Waterfall Access Network and the V&A Waterfront etc.
    Pricing:
    The promotion expires on 30 April 2024. After the promotional period, standard pricing will apply. Last orders must be placed by end of business on 25 April 2024.
    Pro-rata charges will be applied at the full standard price.

    Refer a friend

    Referral Program / Refer a friend promotion:  You can only get paid for the successful connection of monthly fibre to the home subscription referrals. The referral program is only applicable for Monthly Fibre to the Home Subscription Referrals, with the stipulation that the referring customer must also be an active subscriber to a monthly fibre service. The discount is in the form of an account credit of R500 for each friend referred to RSAWEB and is only applied to your account, once your friend is connected. You can submit any number of referrals but the discount limit is R2 500 per customer.

    • This discount is available to Reality Health, Reality Plus, Reality Core and Reality Club members, and members with Wealth Bonus Lifestyle benefits. 
      • Reality Health 20% Off fibre to your home 
      • Reality Plus 20% Off fibre to your home 
      • Reality Core 15% Off fibre to your home 
      • Reality Club 10% Off fibre to your home

    • Reality Access for Fedhealth and Reality Access for SGR do not qualify for this discount.
