Terms and Conditions for RSAWEB MFN SpeedUp Promotion

Promotion Overview

The SpeedUp promotion is available exclusively to new and existing (upgrading) RSAWEB customers residing in selected areas and on the MetroFibre (MFN) network.

Eligible customers will pay the standard price for their selected package and receive increased bandwidth (Promotional Speed) until 31 October 2026

This offer is valid for new customers from the date of activation and for upgrading customers from the date of upgrade.

Eligibility

New customers: Must reside in eligible areas covered by the MFN network.

Existing customers:

Must have an existing RSAWEB MFN package.

Can upgrade to take advantage of the SpeedUp promotion, provided their current monthly fee is lower than the upgraded package’s monthly fee.

The MFN FTTH 25/25Mbps SpeedUp75 Uncapped package is not eligible for regrades within this promotion.

Duration and Pricing

The Promotional Speed will be available until 31 October 2026.

During the promotional period, the Monthly Subscription rates are not fixed and are subject to RSAWEB’s standard pricing adjustments.

Applicable Areas and End Dates

The promotion is available only to customers residing within the specified areas and addresses as detailed below.

Each area has an associated promotion end date, after which new activations or upgrades will no longer be eligible for the SpeedUp promotion.

Service Conditions

The SpeedUp promotion applies solely to the packages listed in the table below.

Customers will revert to the Standard Speed and applicable pricing from 1 November 2026, unless otherwise notified by RSAWEB.

General Terms

The promotion is subject to RSAWEB’s standard terms and conditions of service, as well as the MetroFibre (MFN) network terms.

RSAWEB reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this promotion without prior notice.

Any disputes will be subject to RSAWEB’s dispute resolution process.

By participating in this promotion, customers agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Eligibility:
   • Social media competitions are open to South African residents, over the age of 18 years.
   • All competitions are closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of RSAWEB.
2. Entry Period:
   • Competitions start as soon as the social media post is made visible on RSAWEB social media platforms, and is open until the winner is announced and pinned to the specific competition post. Entries received after this period will not be considered.
3. How to Enter:
   • Follow the instructions provided in the specific social media post announcing the competition.
   • Entries must comply with the guidelines specified in the post.
4. Winner Selection:
   • Winners will be chosen at random from all eligible entries received during the competition period.
   • The decision of RSAWEB regarding the winners is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
5. Prizes:
   • Details of the prize(s) will be outlined in the competition announcement post.
   • Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.
   • RSAWEB reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
6. Notification of Winners:
   • Winners will be announced on RSAWEB’s official social media channels.
   • Winners will be contacted via the platform they used to enter the competition (e.g., Facebook, Instagram).
7. Claiming Prizes:
   • Winners must claim their prize within 14 days of being notified.
   • If a winner does not claim their prize within this period, RSAWEB reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
8. Consent:
   • By entering this competition, you agree to RSAWEB using your name, likeness, and entry details for competition purposes.
   • If you win, RSAWEB may announce and publish your name and use media content of you on marketing platforms, including electronic and social media.
     
   • You may be invited to participate in other marketing activities, but you have the right to decline these invitations and the use of your content at any time. If you express concerns about the use of your content, RSAWEB will make every effort to protect your identity as requested.
9. Protection of Personal Information:
   • Any personal information not already in the public is protected in terms of the Protection of Personal Information Act.
   • RSAWEB makes provision for the protection of all personal information it receives for the purposes of administering this competition.

10. Disqualification:
    • RSAWEB reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these terms and conditions or is deemed inappropriate, offensive, or fraudulent.
11. Modifications:
    • RSAWEB reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the competition and these terms and conditions where it becomes necessary to do so.
12. Limitation of Liability:
    • RSAWEB will not be responsible for any loss, damage, or injury that is not reasonably foreseeable from entering this competition or in connection with the use of any prize.

By participating in the competition, you agree to these terms and conditions.

• This promotion is valid for new customers of RSAWEB who sign up for Fibre to the home services and select Bark Junior during the ordering process. 
• The promotion offers a free Bark Junior subscription, saving the customer R100 per month. 
• The free Bark Junior subscription will be provided as long as the customer maintains an active Fibre service with RSAWEB. 
• Only new customers are eligible for this promotion. Existing customers upgrading or modifying their Fibre service are not eligible. 
• The promotion is subject to the availability of Bark Junior subscriptions and may be limited based on stock availability. 
• Customers must explicitly select Bark Junior during the ordering process to qualify for the 100% discount. 
• Failure to select Bark Junior during the ordering process will result in the customer not receiving the free Bark Junior subscription and the 100% discount. 

• Enter your coupon code when signing up for Fibre to have the value of the credit applied to your RSAWEB account. 
• This promotional offer is valid for new customers signing up for Fibre. 
• Coupon codes must be entered at checkout and will not be applied once the order has been processed online. RSAWEB is not liable for the failure of the customer to enter the code at checkout 
• If the customer cancels within 12 months they will be liable to pay back the value of the promotional offer or credit received during their initial 12-month period with RSAWEB. 
• RSAWEB reserves the right to amend or terminate the promotion without any notice. Errors & omissions excepted

Referral Program / Refer a friend Promotion

You can earn credits for every successful referral of Fibre or Fixed LTE services. Your referred friend will receive a R150 credit for Fibre or a R75 credit for Fixed LTE upon activation. You’ll receive a R300 credit for each successful Fibre sign-up and R150 for each Fixed LTE sign-up, credited to your account once your friend is connected and has made payment. The program is open to active customers only, and credits are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and limited to genuine new customer referrals. The company reserves the right to change or withdraw the promotion at any time.

  • Discounts:

    • Reality Health: 20% Off fibre to your home

    • Reality Plus: 20% Off fibre to your home

    • Reality Core: 15% Off fibre to your home

    • Reality Club: 10% Off fibre to your home

    • Wealth Bonus Lifestyle benefits: 10% Off fibre to your home

  • Exclusions: Reality Access for Fedhealth and Reality Access for SGR do not qualify.

  • Conditions: Discount applies as long as the RSAWEB fibre service and Sanlam Reality Membership are active and in good standing.

  • The discount only applies to Fibre to the Home services and does not include Fixed LTE or any Prepaid Fibre services and products.

  • Only one unique Sanlam Reality membership number may be activated per Fibre to the Home service. Multiple FTTH services cannot share the same membership number, the discount will be applied to only one service. Separate membership numbers may each be activated on different services.

• Buy a mini uninterrupted power supply device (mini UPS) when ordering selected Fibre to the Home services. 
• Offer valid while stocks last on selected Fibre packages. The mini UPS cost will be discounted by 50% upon checkout.
