• Promotional Use: Versofy is granted a unique Coupon code for promotional purposes to be shared with its customer base.
• Continued Eligibility: The Coupon remains valid as long as the customer remains a RSAWEB customer in good standing, utilising connected fibre to the home services.
• Expiration: The Coupon will expire and cannot be redeemed after July 31, 2024.
• Non-Transferable: The Coupon is non-transferable and can only be used by the specified RSAWEB customer.

By using the Versofy Coupon, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

1. Eligibility:
   • Social media competitions are open to South African residents, over the age of 18 years.
   • All competitions are closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of RSAWEB.
2. Entry Period:
   • Competitions start as soon as the social media post is made visible on RSAWEB social media platforms, and is open until the winner is announced and pinned to the specific competition post. Entries received after this period will not be considered.
3. How to Enter:
   • Follow the instructions provided in the specific social media post announcing the competition.
   • Entries must comply with the guidelines specified in the post.
4. Winner Selection:
   • Winners will be chosen at random from all eligible entries received during the competition period.
   • The decision of RSAWEB regarding the winners is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
5. Prizes:
   • Details of the prize(s) will be outlined in the competition announcement post.
   • Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.
   • RSAWEB reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
6. Notification of Winners:
   • Winners will be announced on RSAWEB’s official social media channels.
   • Winners will be contacted via the platform they used to enter the competition (e.g., Facebook, Instagram).
7. Claiming Prizes:
   • Winners must claim their prize within 14 days of being notified.
   • If a winner does not claim their prize within this period, RSAWEB reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
8. Consent:
   • By entering this competition, you agree to RSAWEB using your name, likeness, and entry details for competition purposes.
   • If you win, RSAWEB may announce and publish your name and use media content of you on marketing platforms, including electronic and social media.
     
   • You may be invited to participate in other marketing activities, but you have the right to decline these invitations and the use of your content at any time. If you express concerns about the use of your content, RSAWEB will make every effort to protect your identity as requested.
9. Protection of Personal Information:
   • Any personal information not already in the public is protected in terms of the Protection of Personal Information Act.
   • RSAWEB makes provision for the protection of all personal information it receives for the purposes of administering this competition.

10. Disqualification:
    • RSAWEB reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these terms and conditions or is deemed inappropriate, offensive, or fraudulent.
11. Modifications:
    • RSAWEB reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the competition and these terms and conditions where it becomes necessary to do so.
12. Limitation of Liability:
    • RSAWEB will not be responsible for any loss, damage, or injury that is not reasonably foreseeable from entering this competition or in connection with the use of any prize.

By participating in the competition, you agree to these terms and conditions.

You can only get paid for the successful connection of monthly fibre to the home subscription referrals. The referral program is only applicable for Monthly Fibre to the Home Subscription Referrals, with the stipulation that the referring customer must also be an active subscriber to a monthly fibre service. The discount is in the form of an account credit of R500 for each friend referred to RSAWEB and is only applied to your account, once your friend is connected. You can submit any number of referrals but the discount limit is R2 500 per customer.

• The Lucky Draw promotion runs from 5 November 2024 to 31 January 2025.

• Each valid sign-up is counted as one entry. Multiple entries are permitted if multiple separate sign-ups are made.

RSAWEB MFN Summer Terms and Conditions

• Promotional Period: 6 December 2024 – 31 December 2024

Promotional Offer

• The RSAWEB MFN Summer Promotion entitles new customers to receive 2 full months at a discounted rate on selected packages provided via the Metro Fibre Network (MFN).
• The discount applies only to the first two full months of service following activation. After this period, standard pricing will apply to the customer’s package.

Eligibility

• This promotion is only available to new RSAWEB customers who sign up for selected MFN packages during the promotional period.

New Customers:

• Only new sign-ups to RSAWEB services on the MFN network are eligible for this promotion.

Existing Customers:

• Existing RSAWEB customers are not eligible for this promotion, nor can they regrade or cancel their existing packages to receive the discounted rate.

Exclusions

Pro Rata Charges:

• Any pro rata charges for partial service in the first month are excluded from the discount. Pro rata will be calculated based on the standard retail price of the selected package.

Service Changes:

• If the customer upgrades or downgrades their service speed during the promotional period, the promotional discount will no longer apply, and standard rates will take effect.

Applicable Packages

• The promotion applies only to selected RSAWEB packages offered via the MFN network. Packages outside the promotional list do not qualify for the discounted rate, even if the customer is a first-time sign-up.

End of Promotion

• The promotional offer ends on 31 December 2024. Any sign-ups made after this date will not qualify for the two-month discounted rate.
• Customers who sign up within the promotional period will benefit from two months at a discounted rate, provided all eligibility conditions are met.

Modifications

• RSAWEB reserves the right to modify, extend, or terminate this promotion at any time, with or without prior notice. Any changes to the promotion will be communicated through RSAWEB’s official channels.
