1. Promotion Validity

This promotion is available for a limited time only. RSAWEB reserves the right to amend or terminate the offer at any time without prior notice.
Orders placed with Octotel after 30 December 2025, for any reason, will not qualify for this promotion and will revert to standard pricing.

2. Promotional Discount

Eligible customers will receive a discount on the monthly recurring fee for up to two (2) months, which includes:

• A pro-rata discount for the activation month, and
• One (1) additional full month at the promotional rate.

Thereafter the customer will revert to the advertised standard pricing. The discount will be automatically applied during the billing cycle and reflected on the customer’s invoice.

3. Eligibility Criteria

This promotion is valid nationwide (in Openserve feasible areas) and applies to new customers on the Openserve fibre network only.
Applies to new installations and ISP Migrations only.
Openserve Prepaid services are excluded (only recurring Fibre-to-the-Home orders qualify).
Existing RSAWEB customers currently on the Openserve Network do not qualify.
Existing Openserve/RSAWEB customers may not terminate and reactivate their service to benefit from this promotion or new standard pricing.
Upgrades and downgrades of existing Openserve/RSAWEB services do not qualify for this promotion or new standard pricing.

4. Pricing and Adjustments

Pricing may change during the promotional period due to factors such as CPI related increases or adjustments from RSAWEB or Openserve. If such a change occurs, both standard and promotional prices may increase; however, the discount value (i.e., the difference between the promotional and standard price) will remain the same.

5. Cancellations and Recoveries

Should a customer cancel their service within 12 months of activation, RSAWEB reserves the right to recover the total discounted amount received during the promotional period. This recovery will be in addition to any standard cancellation fees, where applicable.

1. Availability
   The Evotel Pulse product is available in select areas only. A coverage check will be performed before any order is processed.
2. Migrations
   Customers currently connected through another Internet Service Provider (ISP) on the Evotel network cannot migrate to the Pulse product. Only new installations or eligible reconnects (as defined below) may be processed.
3. Reconnects
   Reconnects to the Pulse product are permitted only for ONTs that have been inactive for a minimum of two (2) months.
