Exclusions

Promotion Validity

Discounted Monthly Fee

• Eligible customers will receive a discounted monthly fee for up to two months.
• A pro-rata discount will apply for the first month, based on the activation date, and one full month thereafter.
• The discount will be automatically applied and reflected on the customer’s invoice.
• Following the discount period, your service will revert to the standard contract rate, excluding any future annual price adjustments.

Availability

Customer Eligibility

• This product is available to new customers only.
• Existing RSAWEB customers may not regrade to the 25/25 Mbps package under any circumstances.
• Any attempt to circumvent this condition by cancelling and reordering the service within the same premises and name may result in the immediate cancellation of the new order and billing of any promotional discounts or setup costs covered by RSAWEB.

Terms and Conditions for Shop FTTB Promo

Agreement Term:

• The promotion requires a 24-month service agreement. Early termination will result in a buyout fee, which is calculated based on the remaining months.

Eligibility:

• This offer is exclusively available to small businesses (specifically micro-SMEs and retail shops) that use point of sale (POS) devices for transaction processing.
• Existing Octotel Fibre To The Business (FTTB) customers are not eligible to switch to the Shop FTTB product.

Applicability:

• The product is offered only for new installations and reconnections.
• Migrations from other services or packages are not included in this offer.

Service Process:

• The Shop FTTB product will follow the standard RSAWEB FTTB service processes, as managed through RSAWEB’s Service Operations Center (SOC).

Eligibility

• This offer is valid for new RSAWEB signups only.
• Users must create an account on RSAWEB to qualify.
• Must be 18 years or older and a resident of South Africa.

Credit Details

• A credit of R200 will be manually applied to the user’s RSAWEB account upon successful activation.

Terms and Conditions for RSAWEB MFN SpeedUp Promotion

Promotion Overview

The SpeedUp promotion is available exclusively to new and existing (upgrading) RSAWEB customers residing in selected areas and on the MetroFibre (MFN) network.

Eligible customers will pay the standard price for their selected package and receive increased bandwidth (Promotional Speed) until 31 October 2026

This offer is valid for new customers from the date of activation and for upgrading customers from the date of upgrade.

Eligibility

New customers: Must reside in eligible areas covered by the MFN network.

Existing customers:

Must have an existing RSAWEB MFN package.

Can upgrade to take advantage of the SpeedUp promotion, provided their current monthly fee is lower than the upgraded package’s monthly fee.

The MFN FTTH 25/25Mbps SpeedUp75 Uncapped package is not eligible for regrades within this promotion.

Duration and Pricing

The Promotional Speed will be available until 31 October 2026.

During the promotional period, the Monthly Subscription rates are not fixed and are subject to RSAWEB’s standard pricing adjustments.

Applicable Areas and End Dates

The promotion is available only to customers residing within the specified areas and addresses as detailed below.

Each area has an associated promotion end date, after which new activations or upgrades will no longer be eligible for the SpeedUp promotion.

Service Conditions

The SpeedUp promotion applies solely to the packages listed in the table below.

Customers will revert to the Standard Speed and applicable pricing from 1 November 2026, unless otherwise notified by RSAWEB.

4. Winner Selection:

7. Claiming Prizes:
   • Winners must claim their prize within 14 days of being notified.

   • By entering this competition, you agree to RSAWEB using your name, likeness, and entry details for competition purposes.

12. Limitation of Liability:

• This promotion is valid for new customers of RSAWEB who sign up for Fibre to the home services and select Bark Junior during the ordering process. 
• The promotion offers a free Bark Junior subscription, saving the customer R100 per month. 
• The free Bark Junior subscription will be provided as long as the customer maintains an active Fibre service with RSAWEB. 
• Only new customers are eligible for this promotion. Existing customers upgrading or modifying their Fibre service are not eligible.
